Your money is held until your order arrives

When you pay on NgLabStore the money does not go straight to the seller. NgLabStore holds it, and releases it only once you confirm the order reached you — so an order that never arrives is never paid out.

You pay by mobile money in XAF, with no card or bank account required. The seller can see the order and prepare it, but cannot take the money until you confirm delivery.

Order protection is active per country, not per seller. Where it is active you see a protection badge at checkout; where it is not, the storefront tells you so before you order rather than implying protection you would not get.

Returns are set by each shop: the return window and who pays for return delivery are both published on the product page, so you can read the terms before you order.
